Foods that will cure you:

• RICE CAKES and breads without yeast containing whole grain or whole meal.
• BUTTER, that's unsalted, cold-pressed rapeseed oil or virgin olive oil, is to prefer, but you can use all cold-pressed oils. Avoid margarine that's not unhydrogenated, and avoid the margarines with citric acid.
• VEGETABLE MILKS, soya milk and rice milk is to prefer.
• YOGHURT, only natural yoghurt, that's unflavored. Be careful and eat only a cup a day.
• COTTAGE CHEESE, only natural (if you don't find any organic alternative without any suspicious ingredients). Be careful, and listen to your body.

• AVOCADO and LEMON, the only fruits you can eat as much as you like of.
• SEEDS and NUTS, you can eat all the seed you like. Eat only freshly cracked nuts, or nuts that's prepared in the oven in 15 minutes, for 120 F or 50 C degrees.
• HERBAL TEA, as much as you like!
• WHOLE GRAINS, brown rice (other whole grains are recommended to start with after a couple of weeks. Just eat small amounts of it, and be aware of your body's reaction).
I also recommend that you filter you tap water. The tap water today is filled with fluoride. Fluoride is one of the today known strongest poisons on earth against human beings. Fluoride is even in tooth pastes, and causes a lot of damage in our human bodies, and it's even proven to give brain damages! The best way is to clear you water is to use a water distiller machine.
